Thank you for your message Dee — we completely agree the telephone box library is a lovely feature of the village and deserves some care. Responsibility for the box sits with the Parish Council, and we're pleased to say they're already looking into the broken door and planning a little restoration work. It will be getting some much-needed love and attention very soon!

Thank you for your suggestion — it's always great to see ideas for supporting good causes. As the Village Hall is itself a registered charity, we're unable to directly raise funds for other charities under the terms of our constitution. However, individuals or groups are very welcome to hire the hall independently to host fundraising events, with proceeds going to charities of their choice. It's a great way to bring people together while supporting causes that matter to our community.
